I would like to make a complain about the very rude custom service I received over the phone at this location. I called the location specifically asked if they received my brothers glasses the lady did not even ask me for his name. She said they were not in have a good day. She was very disrespectful and did not help clear up any information on his frames. I've also had a terrible experience inside the women inside followed me around the whole store assuming I was going to steal a frame. She did not assist any other customer but stood next to me the whole Time I was looking at frames. I will never come back to this location again.
