Firestone Complete Auto Care

Good evening. I am filling a complaint concerning Firestone Complete Auto Care Store # 007641. I went to your facility on Saturday 9/9/23. I went in due to my vehicle temperature gage was going to HOT and my A/C was not working properly. Retail Inv.# 330632. They called me Sunday 9/10/23 and told me my vehicle was ready. I got there and drove to the stop sign, and it went back to overheating. Left it with them again. On Monday 9/11/23 called me again to say my vehicle is ready. Retail Inv.# 330670. Thursday morning Retail #330769... 9/14/23, on my way to work and all types of signals were going off. Went right back to Firestone left it with you guys all day again. Got off work to see what the issue is, to hear NOW that it's my ignition switch and it need to go to the dealership. But charged me 1610.50 for an issue you should have notice the first time or other times. I am very upset, and my car is still having issues. I want to know how you guys are going to resolve my issue. This is unacceptable.
