Conn's is in violation of their own Repair Service Agreement
I purchased a GE washer and dryer and paid 319.00 for a 48-month repair service agreement at Conn's.
(invoice number [protected]-001) Conn's Store number 176
The washer broke down and I submitted a service call on March 23, 2020, the washer was out for a week before a technician came out and "fixed it" he replaced the bearing and the drum.
The washer worked for 4 weeks and broke down again. On 5/1/2020, I reported the malfunction and service call was once again scheduled. Various technicians have come out (5/06/2020; 5/11/2020; 5/15/2020) they've replaced the motor, the computer, bearing and drum AGAIN and the washer is still NOT working!
I have been without a washer since, I have called the Service & Repair department on multiple occasions, I have filed complaint, and i have walked in to the local store where I purchased the washer to attempt to address my concern and nobody has been able to help. I was advised by the store manager Aaron Burciaga "service and repair" was not his department and couldn't do much other than send an email.
The Repair agreement states that they will replace the product if they are unable to repair product after three service attempts for the same component within a 12-month period, or if total time to repair product from the date of the initial service call exceeds 30 days, or the repair costs exceed the cost to replace the product.
Conn's has not been able to fix my washer, I have met all the criteria for replacement, and they are still refusing to replace the washer.
