Whataburger

This is the second time, in a row, I have been disappointed with WHATABURGER...

I let it go the first time... Your company has been my favorite burger, for as far back as I can remember... When I went through the drive through the second time, I told the person "Last time I came through, the bun was flattened out and cold"... I asked could they make sure the bun was warm and not flat...No onions, please... When I took the burger out of the wrapping to eat, the bun was cold and really flattened out... The bottom bun was dark brown, almost burnt... There were onions on it and the pickles were all stacked in one spot... It looked and felt like it was intentional... If all the burgers going out of that location look like this one, you have an even bigger problem...
