Made an order on the Burger King app at 10:15 was already at the location. When I pull up to the window the were annoyed with the fact they couldn't hear me. Told me to pull forward, was about five vehicles in front of me. When I got to the window 20 minutes later. I tell them I had a mobile app order, this agitates the lady who told the other women who visibly became agitated, 5 minutes goes by they ask me to pull forward because they have to make eggs. I calmly ask her for a refund, explained I had already been there twenty minutes and has somewhere to be. I thought by ordering on app it would be faster, actually cost me more time a bunch of attitude! They would not refund my money made me pull forward to wait another ten minutes, thanks for ruining my entire morning, will not use the app again! And this particular Burger King is awful, been there 3 times in the last month and a half. Last time I had to return to the store twice. Once for missing burger, second time because the chicken Parmesan sandwhich was missing sauce and cheese! I will not go back to this location, and they need a good general manager over there fixing these obvious issues with management.
