Recently I went to CE in Alice, Texas when I got to the drive through the young man came on and it was very hard to understand him because the speaker was just hanging on by the wires and sounded very distorted, I ordered and drove to the window and my I order was not correct and the young apologized because he could not understand me as well he also explained that the owner had tried to fix it but just put a band aid over it and still did not work also come to find out the manager had them stand in the hot sun and take orders which in south Texas the temps have been over 110 deg I just hope they get this issue fixed.
Desired outcome: Get it fixed.
