Shell - The advertisement of a product vs what is in the system

I was in the 5800 Old Hickory Blvd Shell in Hermitage, TN which I and my family (which there is about 15 of us) frequent a lot because we live in the area. This morning 1/3/2023 at 7:07 am the cashier was rude because I questioned the price of a Starbuck frappe drink that was clearly priced lower than what was ringing up in the register. His said the price was like 4.35 in the system and I said no its 3.49. When he mentioned the price, I proceeded to tell him that that was not the price listed and I walked back to take a picture of the product on the shelf with the price. He proceeded to tell me that he has to go by what is in the system. When I said to him that this is false advertisement, he said he cannot change the price that much and I said that is not right. He refused to change it so I said I don't want anything, and I walked out because I did not like his tone! I will NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN because he was so rude!
