Lowe's - Install shades

Shades and Install purchased OCT 2023

Paid for shades and they are not fully ordered or installed

Received multi calls from reps of Loews with multi promises- All results of no further along - Loews has been paid and have failed to deliver their promise

I request a call from CEO Elliston or South Director Cogden

because no one else has lived up to the promise.

Claimed loss: Loews reputation

Desired outcome: Shades installed as promised
