Steak 'n Shake

I drive a total of an hour to get my family steak ‘n shake. It was about 8 pm and I ordered 4 bowls of chili. I heard the person at the window ask the other employee how they got 4 when they were almost out. I didn't think about it but when I got home all of our chili's were filled with water. It is obvious that they didn't have enough so tried to fill the bowls (still not full) with water. I would have understood if they were out but instead I spent $17 and spent an hour driving to throw out our food. This store almost always messes up our order but my wife and kid like it so I have kept going back. This however is just terrible that someone would take my money and pour water in our chili. I attached a picture. There is almost no meat or beans in any of the 4 orders and they are not filled up even though they are 80% water. I am tempted to put this on twitter and ig but want to give you a chance to address it before doing something publicly.
