Steak 'n Shake

10:15 pm June 19 2024 went through drive through ordered food was told to pull forward waiting on fresh fries. Food was brought out didn’t bring out shakes I went inside let them know about the missing milkshakes took 15 more min tires to get two shakes got to the car and the shakes were melted and milky and food was cold and didn’t provide the sauces that were paid for. Didn’t even eat my food it was rediculous to pay 30 dollars and people ca t do a simple job.

I'm an Uber wars driver and I am being made to sit in line for drive thru to pick the Oder up. You need to come up with some way to address this. Twice it AHS taken me 30 min to get the order. I am trying to make money doing deliveries and it cst me money to sit in line and wait. I tried to talk to the manager and suggest a way to bring orders out to drivers but he was kind of rude and did not want to talk about it.
