My family and I went to my mothers day dinner at texas roadhouse in clarksville tn yesterday 5/6/2023. I spent $100. Our waiter the only skinny black male that was working yesterday at 6:45pm when we was seated. He didnt give us any bread after I myself asked 4 times and my husband asked twice. He not once came and refilled our drinks. He served me ranch with potato skins. I asked for sour cream never recieved, my kids didnt like their drink I aked for it to be replaced he did and charded us. I asked for bread to go since we never got any and he never came back. I eat her alot and ive never experienced such poor customer service. I myself am in customer service and I wouldnt ever treat my paying customers like that.
