I went to pizza hut today on Congressparkway, Athens, TN. I went into the store to place a togo order and wait for it. The kid at the counter told me I had to place my order on line. Now are you kidding me this is an open restaurant with customers sitting and dining In and I have to place a Togo order online did they? Ridiculous! Could not believe it. Oh well left and went to Papa John's they were happy to take my $80 order.
Desired outcome: Train your employees better if I can sit at a table and order I can stand at a counter and place that same order for take out.
