Okay me and my family went in there on 7 to 20 to get my daughter a cake for her birthday on the 9th after giving the lady the information on what cupcakes all I needed was cupcakes wanted I would be in on the 8th before 11 so today is the day we went in there so it is 7/8 to 20 I mean 20 20 nobody pays any attention their standing around not doing anything finally after an elderly couple walks up one person finally comes over with an attitude and ask us what we want nwven stopping to hearous they didn't even wait they go straight to the elderly people that walks up say yes may I help you now im pissed off I'm sorry but I but in telling them we ordered 12 cupcakes on the 2nd the lady loomatsame with my paper work in her hand and says rhey are not done and won't be done till after 11 and I told them I said well then it's 10:30 already and I said I wanted them before 11 so need to get them done aftervthis I went to the manager and talk to her I don't know what her name was but she said technically that they don't have to start doing anything until the time on the sheet I said technically if you're runnin rhe right place I said they should have been done first thing this morning or first thing last night so they would be ready to be picked up this morning she argued with me that I was wrong and what you should have been doing was going back to the bakery forget the people that's not doing anything working again technically I should have got free everything because they were so rude and just so lazy that I cannot even imagine even having people like that work for me and I will never ever and I promise you I will tell everybody that I know in Laurens and Clinton and the surrounding areas do not go in that that that that that bakery or that grocery store because they are the rudest people and they don't know what the hell they're doing and they're lazy and they don't do nothing. I should have gotton free cupcake. Bottom line
