Mavis Discount Tire

I made an appointment to have ball joints changed an alignment on my truck, I was told 8am I had my truck there signed in and waited the person at the counter seemed reluctant to take my keys he asked if I was waiting I told him I was his attitude changed he didn't tell me how much it would be and he didn't tell anyone I was there for service. I can go anywhere to have the work done if they don't want to work, I will quit going there from now on. It's very aggravating, I left at 830 with my truck they hadn't even pulled it in the bay and they said nothing to make me stay. Gary
