Pizza Hut - delivery

I just ordered a pizza and cinnamon bread sticks. I don't like icing; so, I ordered the Cinnabon icing...2 packs. Instead the delivered regualr icing. It tastes nasty because it's pure sugar. The Cinnabon icing had cream cheese in it...totally different flavor. This is the 2nd time that this has happened. I won't order from Pizza Hut again. They never get my orders right, and they "apologize", but make no effort to fix their mistakes. Apologies/credits don't mean anything. When you order something in particular, that's what you expect to get. I intend to post a complaint on all my social network accounts. Also, the pizza was "greasy", and it made me feel sick. Your food is awful, and your service is worse!
