My husband and I went to the East Blackstock Road, Spartanburg, SC Wendy's this morning (6/7/2022 at approximately 9:00 AM). We upgraded our 2 breakfast combos to 2 large coffees and 2 large breakfast potatoes.
We were told to pull forward to wait for the coffees to finish brewing.
We waited a while. When they brought our orders out, the coffees were tepid/room temperature at best, and we did not receive our large potatoes. Just regular sized. On top of that, I paid cash and we were not given a receipt.
I phoned the restaurant at [protected] to let them know what happened, after finding out about the problems with our orders. I asked to speak with a manager and was told that the manager wasn't available to speak with me, due to counting inventory. I told the person on the phone what happened. They said to come back and get our coffee replaced. They didn't even mention the potato replacement issue.
I explained that I was already 20 minutes away from them and could not come back right then. They laid the phone down and did not come back! I tried to hold on for about 10 more minutes and then I had to hang up.
This was so unprofessional! Please, send me a refund for my order or a compensation for 2 large upgraded breakfast combos. One was the honey chicken biscuit upgraded combo and the other was the upgraded sausage egg combo.

Desired outcome: refund for my order (over $14.00 with tax, she did not give me a receipt) or a compensation for 2 large upgraded breakfast combos.
