Comcast / Xfinity - Triple play, phone tv and internet package at new home

We bought a new home and planned on moving in February of 2022. Prior to the we started the process in many ways and one was our service with Comcast for their TV, internet, and phone package that we already had. On the web page it has an easy move application. During this I put my Comcast Phone number in and it kept rejecting it so I called for support. After many calls NOT ONE could explain why and one guy in New Jersey even told me that he WAS ABLE to PORT it over. Well this went for weeks even after we moved for the phone never worked.

From the beginning I informed them that I do NOT want any Comcast services if I cannot carry over my existing number.

I own a Industrial Technical services Company and do to their negligence I had lost several contracts and customers. In fact the phone did not get fix until I found that Comcast controls the phone settings on my rooter. When I presented this they magically were able to get my phone to work. Now at that point we are a month moved in. This company and their actions have cost me and my business approximately Well over $100,000 and they do not care nor can they offer me an apology or any type of refund. Bad enough is they locked me into another 2 year service and I did not want them even near my property if they could not carry over my existing phone number. We are less than 12 miles form our old home. This is inexcusable for when we moved 10 years back we carried our number from one county to another.

Next was their techs and contractors had constantly came upon our property, drove through our lawn tearing it up and walked all over our property like they owned it with ever knocking on the door. I called several times asking and demanding that they do not do that for we save English bulldogs and with having a large piece of land we often let them out side alone. The property IS posted for this. At one point I had called the police and filed charges for six of them ruining our lawn and walking around looking into windows. We have over 2 hours of them doing this on camera!

This Monopoly is horrible and their phone service reps are nothing but clueless clowns that sit at home and read from a screen.

Desired outcome: Refund for all of what they caused. As I stated on several calls, "I do NOT want YOUR services if you cannot port over the existing phone number.
