To whom it may concern:
I have been a favorite of Bob Evans for a long time. I have been ordering from work every Monday and Tuesday for approximately 3 months now. Yesterday I order (Order # [protected]) delivery to the office as usual. Two of us got the soup and sandwich. We ordered the pick two combo, with soup and ½ double cheese pot roast dip. Our delivery order did not have the dip (gravy). I called the West Mifflin store and spoke to the manager Kathy. She stated she could give us the dip the next time we ordered. I asked with the sandwich. Her answer was no just the dip. I thought this was crazy. What are we suppose to do drink the dip with our next order? She was very rude and said I could bring the sandwiches back and she would make new ones with the dip. I advised I do not have a car that is why I ordered delivery. She blamed the delivery driver, but the delivery drive was very nice and professional and did not pack the bag. I let her know that we order two times a week from them. She did not seem to care that we ordered there two times a week. Any way that was her offer to give us the dip next time we order and she hung up on me. I am in customer service and her behavior is unacceptable. I have never been treated as badly as she treated me for her employee’s mistake. I did call the corporate office and was issued a refund for the two pot roast sandwiches. But I feel someone needs to address this managers behavior. I am very sad as we love to order from this store but as of now, I will not be ordering from that location again. I also was going to order the thanksgiving farm house feast, but I am going somewhere else now. Please check my order history and you will see I have been a loyal customer. Please call me to discuss this matter at [protected] or [protected].
Thank you,
Elaine Henderson
Desired outcome: Manager needs to be addressed. This is not how to treat loyal customers
