Cracker Barrel

On 11-18-21 around 1:00 my wife and I stopped at the Crackel Barrel at Washington, PA (CB0441). for lunch.

We stopped for lunch there because all of our previous experiences with Cracker Barrel have been very positive.

However, when we were greeted, there were no smiles, eye contact or welcoming from the host and hostess. All conversation was between the two of them.

The waitress was very cool to us also and was slow in providing the condiments that were requested 2 times.

While the food was tasty, the food is only one part of customer satisfaction. Possibly the manager needs to monitor all of this a bit closer.
