Literally one of the WORST Customer Service Experiences of my life.
The complete indifference from the Enterprise associate was really Unbelievable.
I reserved a pick up truck over the phone with my local Enterprise office.
The associate said I “was all set” and that “I needed to pick up the truck in the Red Bank (NJ) office” which is the next town over.
My wife drove me to the Red Bank office and dropped me off. I was informed by the rental agent, in a complete dismissive manner that they had no trucks available.
I explained that I didn’t have a ride and that my phone was dying.
But the rental agent tried offering my a compact car when I told her 4x I needed a truck.
