Mavis Discount Tire - Wrong oil drain bolt was installed in my bmw

I had Mavis change my oil on Saturday 5-27 and found out it was leaking the next day. Brought my vehicle back on Sunday 5-28 and Mavis tech replaced my plastic oil drain bolt with a metal oil drain bolt. I stayed home on Monday 5-29. On Tuesday 5-30 I was about to drive my car, I noticed that there was a large pool of oil under my car. I decided to take it to BMW dealership and en route my car seized. I got it towed to dealership and they found that the wrong oil drain bolt was installed by Mavis tech. The engine is seized and will need replacing.

Desired outcome: Reparations for the cost of repairing my vehicle and providing me with rental transportation since I am an essential worker.
