I went to Michael Kors Store located at the Philadelphia Premium Outlet on Saturday, February 27th between 5:15-5:45 pm. I was greeted with suspicion. The employee shadowed me and my daughter as we shopped for Mother's Day gifts. Of course this interrupted our shopping experience so we reported this to her supervisor, Chelsea. Chelsea was defensive and combative so we left the store. We went to COACH Store instead to make our purchases.
I hope the supervisor isn't reflective of how the company believe customers should be treated.
I expected the supervisor to listen and apologize for the experience. Hopefully, correct her employee privately.
