Wendy’s

I came through the drive thru at the Baum Blvd location in Pittsburgh PA. The window to receive food ordered online after the dining area closes never happened. The short staff never brought my food after waiting over 30 minutes I went back through the drive through and was refused a refund. I have attempted to a refund several times only to get the run around. My case #[protected] has never been resolved. It is the principal why have I not received my money back or complimentary coupons. I hope to get a reply & refund. Be a company who keeps your word refunds given.
