On Friday, July 26, 2019 I scheduled an appointment with the online check in. I had requested the stylist simply trim off the dead ends of my hair. My hair is naturally curly and thick. The stylist did not use the spray conditioner as I usually get without having to ask. She attempted to comb my hair out dry. I informed her that I did have product in my hair and that she would need to use the spray conditioner to comb it out. After using the spray she combed my hair out as normal. She yanked and pulled all the while so I told her she will have to use more of the spray before my hair breaks into 3000 different length strands. In the meantime while combing out the sections to be trimmed she hit me in the face with the comb and scratched right above my upper lip. I have never had an experience like this at any salon. She was not customer service oriented nor really friendly. I can be more specific about this particular stylist if needed. The stylist I had is not a good match for the position. This was the absolute worse experience I have ever had! Not to mention the damage done to my hair which cannot be fixed! I do demand a response to this complaint.
LOL. Hair CANNOT be damaged by getting brushed or combed dry without spray. That's just a ridiculous claim. LOL. I don't care how much or curly your hair is...it just will not get damaged by that
