I brought 4 tires back in April of 2021. I paid over $662 for tires and wheel alignment. There was also a warranty that I know I paid for, but was not added to my tires. I had a issue with one of my tires, were the air was slowly leaking out. I informed the Manager Chris of my issue and after 25 mins was told I needed brakes and rotors. He said nothing about my original problem, then I was told that my right front tire was leaking air, by one of the workers. I Asked him to show me and he couldnt, even after pouring water on tire still no hole. I have brought tires from Mavis on a few occasions and never have I been treated so unfair. I felt like they were trying to get money out of me for work I never requested. I was also told that they did not see where I had WORK DONE on my Nissan Maximum. They also told me the tires I purchased went on a plate from Delaware and I never owned a vehicle or lived in Delaware. I spoke to someome by calling a complaint number and was told that I would have warranty put on tires and a new tire at a prorated rate. They ordered the tire yesterday 10-26-2021. I went to have tire put on today and again felt like I was being taken advantage of. This manager on duty added up acrazy sum of $340 for a $90 tire, balance and a $15 warranty. You seem to have people working trying to extort money and take advantage of consumers. I know for a fact that I paid for a warranty in April, so where did that money go, or who pocket did it wind up in? I asked the rep yesterday for a email confirmation that warranty was put on tires as she stated and still no email. LOUSY SERVICE
Desired outcome: This company needs to address this and resolve with a solution I am not satisfied at all
