On 12/12/2019 I used a self serve check out machine. My bill came to around 26. Oo. I had a lot of loose change that I put in the coin bin, and then the machine jammed, the attendant came over, had a hard time fixing it, and asked me to use another machine. I checked everything out again and paid for it but I never got my 3.00 worth of change from the 1st broken machine, and the attendant never made any effort to reimburse me at that time.
