Taco Bell

I ordered 6 tacos and one drink. I specified diet pepsi with light ice. She said diet pepsi? I replied yes, but lite ice. When I picked up my order, the diet pepsi was full of ice. I asked again for lite ice and the woman at the window took the cup back. She was preparing the new drink when the young girl who took my order came up and asked what was wrong with the drink. The woman at the window explained. The young girl picked up the incorrect drink, looked at it and slammed it onto the counter and walked away. Yes, I mean slammed it and didn't just put it down. Rudeness is unacceptable.

I also asked for medium sauce and diablo and only got 3 diablo.
