I found the battery part number I needed on line and checked my local stores web site. It showed the battery was in stock. I drove to the store to purchase the battery and only one person working the counter with three other customers in the store. The customer ahead of me was doing a return. This was holding up the other customers while one of the other employees was outside doing something to an ad in the window while we are all waiting. After about five minutes the employee came in and ask me what I needed. I told him what battery I needed and he rudely to me if I needed a battery the are over there on the shelf, and then ask the customer behind me if he needed help. I couldn't believe he wasn't willing to help with getting the battery I needed. Very poor service. I walked out went up the street a couple blocks and got great service from auto zone employee. Purchased the battery got it installed for free and went on my way. Will never return to o reilly again if this is how you treat customers. This happened saturday august 8 around 5:00 pm. And the employee was a black man.
