Pharmacy CVS in Honesdale PA My 96 year old mother was released from the hospital and required several Rx

I was told at the hospital at 10:30 am that the RX's were called in the CVS Pharmacy the day before

Mom was finally released from the hospital at 1:30 my sister took her home and I went to CVS to pick up the Rxs I was given ONE of the five Rx's was told the doctor did not get back to them. first I was told they called him at 2:pm today then I was told it was the day before. I then got into an argument with the Nasty disrespectful worker at the computer Then assaulted by a customer who decided to put her nose in my business. When I first got to the Pharmacy they were closed and I had to wait till 2 for them to reopen I overheard a conversation that they were sending to the primary office on the computer about how overworked they were and how understaffed and all were adding their comments to send this memo.

I left CVS and called the social worker at the hospital to expedite the doctor to call CVS I was told that the Rx's had no problem and they should be filled except one because they were out of stock

I returned inside and it was crowded So I left and went to Weis Pharmacy for my own Rx" I spoke to the Weis pharmacy and he looked up my mom's info and said he had the Drug that could be filled there and that CVS would have to call him with the Rx I then got a call from the social worker at the hospital She told me that CVS has the other Rx's ready and one I could purchase over the counter.

Went back to CVS and was told they don't have it and that the doctor is sending it to another pharmacy. I asked what pharmacy and again they got nasty. They did not know that it was my problem

I left and called the social worker at the hospital again and she got back to me and said CVS told her they transferred all of the Rx's to Weis

Whoever is running that Pharmacy at the CVS in Honesdale PA has a serious problem with following directions. an entire day has been wasted with this Meanwhile I had to leave my 96-year-old mother at home who needs the Rx's and the people at this pharmacy were incompetent and unhelpful and did not want to help at all.

I myself am 69 years of age and have my own health issues. and this aggravation was unnecessary.

I will never go into that store again.
