On hold for 10+ minutes today and hung up because call was never answered. Drove past while on hold and 1 car at drive through. Parking lot was not overly packed. Call was regarding possible antibiotic needed to see if it was called in/ready. Very disappointed, pharmacy service has been going downhill for awhile now. If service cannot be improved through review, maybe additional staffing is required.
In the past, antibiotics were priority processed, as they should be. Now, not so much.
