On March 16, 2019, I had services totaling $247.74 in preparation for a family wedding I attended the following day. Briana is the name of the stylist that provided the services, including relaxer and color. Following summarizes the unprofessional and neglectful actions of the stylist:
1. The stylist arrived to the salon over 20 minutes late for the appointment.
2. The stylist failed to use protective cream on my skin which caused burning, scarring, pain, and scabbing as seen on the attached photo, which was taken 5 days after the relaxer was applied.
3. The heat from the hairdryer was extremely hot, which burned me and I repeated told the stylist about it.
4. The stylist "convinced" me to wear my hair combed forward after I told her I liked to wear my hair back off my forehead. The stylist indicated my preference was old fashioned. I later realized she was covering up her neglect as I did not notice the scarring, due to the dimly lighted salon, until I returned to my car and looked in the mirror, due to the pain I was experiencing.
