Good Day,

Im writing you simply because I stop at your establishment tonight and asked for a hot fudge sundae I have a picture but better put into words 99% ice cream 1% hot fudge. I promise I’m not exaggerating it literally covered half of the top circumference of the ice cream not all over just a small right side of the rim. The gentleman working kind of just gave me a blank stare as he handed me the rest of my food there was no conclusion to this. I try not to complain being that I am in the service industry as well but I was really looking forward to this so I’m quite upset
