Great Lakes Window

We purchased a Great Lakes Bay window from Ron @Bethlehem Windows & had it installed by his son on 8/13/12. 2 days later when it rained the window leaked! I called Ron & he showed up next day @4:30, him & his son& other worker were hammering on window, banging on it, and then cut it to get it to close! I asked why are you doing this he said well I installed a faulty window? Then he left stating it was a warranty issue? what how can that be the window is not even 3 days old! We asked Ron several times to please just replace the whole window since it leaked & caused wood damage & we paid him $3600.00 cash & he refused! he then called me stupid because I told him installing the wrong size window will cause us long term damage due to the vinyl expansion & contraction in the heat & cold, he called me stupid & the conversation ended. Since then the Mfg still has not responded with there home visit& we are still sitting here with a leaky window, every time it rains! &causes more damage! I would not reccommend Bethlehem Windows to my worst enemy! & The fact he doesnt stand behind the product he sells is horrible! Please get other estimates dont USE BETHLEHEM WINDOWS YOU WILL BE SO DISSAPOINTED & RIPPED OFF! Go to someone else in the area Like Kinslows
