Starbucks

I was in store # 480 at approximately 4:21 pm today March 13/2021, and I had ordered a Venti Pike place coffee, the coffee was so bitter and tasted burnt, I asked for cream, and they did not add the cream, didn't think anything of it and when I got halfway home I took a drink and just about spit it out, very disappointed, the Starbucks employee was rather rude to me as well, I would like a refund back onto my gift card, and I will not be returning to this store ever again:) never have I ever had such terrible customer service as I did today, thank you for listening
