I went into the Starbucks on old St Aug Rd after dropping my daughter off that works at Baptist South. I was not greeted for one then I tried to order and use my app and she said rudely I cant reach my thing is way over here? then I moved closer and started to pay and she had an attitude unhappy face rude personality so I said you don't have to be rude SHE said it goes both ways? I said well the customer should always be right and you should always be nice in business and this is what's wrong with our country and SHE said no that's not right it goes both ways wow! arguing and rude to a customer? She is a disgrace to the Co and mouths off to customers wow. I asked her name and asked for the manager her name was Sharon did not get his? A young guy came out asked me what's wrong I told him while she and another girl laughed going to back with attitude cause I was complaining? Some of these people that work for this company are jokes! He didn't seem to be concerned? We own a business so we know how it should be ran sorry.
That is so draining and you did not deserve that. You walked in for a coffee, not a fight. Here is what I would do right now: call the Starbucks customer service line and ask to file a formal complaint about the Old St Aug Rd location with Sharon and the manager who laughed. Tell them you own a business and you know the difference between a bad day and a bad culture. Also, leave a brief, calm review on Google Maps and Yelp with just the facts, so other customers know what to expect. You are not wrong to expect basic decency.
