On Sunday 9/22/2019 at 20:56 pm while I was in the drive though, my carhop Lyllie was very impatient with me and my sister as we were taking our time to decide our orders. There were no cars behind us but I felt rushed. She said about 3 times "order when your ready" and I politely said ok. Now I have been through several drive throughs and never felt staff display this much impatience. I was beginning to think something was seriously wrong in her personal life and she was ready to get off ASAP. Then even at the window she did not smile and acted as though she was annoyed. It would have been nice for her to be more warm and welcoming. I expected for employees at their band new location to represent Sonic better. However the ice cream sundaes was delicious as always! Just didn't expect unfriendly service. Please teach employees to become more welcoming because if it weren't for the customers there would not be a store.
