I reserved a hotel room at Super 8 hotel in Midwest City OK for March 6th
when I arrived with my confirmation in hand there was no rooms available so I was forced to find a different room but I was still charged the full price of the room and they are refusing to refund me the charge even though I didn't stay there at no fault of mine. After many (6) calls to Hotels.com and 4 more to the hotel itself they have refused to resolve the issue and charging me for a room that was not available nor did I stay in. This is theft at best
