Returning mint chocolate-chip ice-cream to the serving binds once it has been dipped into a cone and walked around behind the counter for several minutes. The individual could not help but breath on the cone and now the entire serving container of ice-cream was contaminated. This was on 7/11/222 store#3 on Danforth Road. The employee was working at 9:00 pm and had very large hips. When I mentioned she should not be putting this ice.cream back in the binds she said take it up with Corporate because they have told them to do this
Desired outcome: Stop putting food back once taken out to serve and Educating all staff not to do this.
