Returning mint chocolate-chip ice-cream to the serving binds once it has been dipped into a cone and walked around behind the counter for several minutes. The individual could not help but breath on the cone and now the entire serving container of ice-cream was contaminated. This was on 7/11/222 store#3 on Danforth Road.
