I am absolutely disgusted with this company. I ordered a patio set that was partially shipped. The sofa and ottoman was sent; however the 2 gliding chairs were out of stock so quite obviously they didn't send them. When I called and asked why wasn't I notified that the gliders were no longer in stock; no one was able to provide me with an answer. Instead I received an incomplete patio set. I was highly upset! To make matters worse; I was charged for the two gliders that big lots did not have in stock - $400. When I called around 06/15/20 and requested a refund for the product I never received; I was told it would take 3-5 business days. Today is 06/30/2020; and I have yet to receive the credit. I called today and they had me on hold for 30 minutes until (leslie - a tier 1 agent) told me that the credit request when up to audit who had a question about the credit and sent it back to her to review... What! I was furious! Leslie informed me that she will send it back up to audit. This is the absolute worse service I ever experienced. I will never shop or anything from big lots ever again. They steal people's money. I've had to take time out of my day to call them several times. When I asked leslie if I could speak with her manager or someone above her; she told me there was no one above her. There is always a next level of hierarchy. Shame on her for giving me that poor excuse to try and hinder me from filing a complaint against big lots. I will now be calling again for the 4th time tomorrow on 07/01/2020; to see if they have processed my credit. Worse online experience ever!
