My wife scheduled massage for my birthday on March 25th. We had an emergency come up and could not make the appointment. Massage was scheduled for 1 pm. Tried to call and cancel appointment several times first thing in the morning knowing that spot would need filled otherwise would be charged. My wife did leave a message but never got a phone call in return. However they did finally answer about 10 minutes before my massage. I've tried to talk to manager. Nobody wants to return my phone call. Very upset! Had they answered the phone that morning the chances of filling that spot would be greater. I was basically called a liar. Now it's possible the phones could of been down but unhappy I got charged 76 dollars for no massage
