I moved from Cardington Ohio and transferred my prescriptions from the Mt. Gilead Kroger to this Kroger. Thinking it would not be a problem with computers and everything... (boy, was I wrong!). I also had to switch Doctors to one closer considering its over 60 miles apart. My new Doctor called in all my prescriptions which I have about 10 of them. I have many health issues concerning my heart. I get to Kroger to pick up my prescriptions and I noticed one that didn't look familiar, I asked the tech what is this? She says oh your Doctor called that in its for headaches. I thought ok cause I had talked to the doctor about my allergies. So I thought nothing of it. I went back to get my blood pressure pills and was told I didn't have a prescription for them. I then called my Doctor and he said he called over the blood pressure pills. I then tell the pharmacists this and she stated that was what he called in. She then went back through and checked and low and behold.. I was given something totally different and had taken it for 26 days . It was for seizures. I then get a call from a CSR from Kroger whom sent papers for me to fill out that needed 10 years of medical history. I refused and she hung up on me. So what now? Do I just let this go? This Pharmacy is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. They actually have to improve just to suck. I recommend no one go to this place!
