I went there tonight and they were out of croissants for the sandwich we ordered. Changed our order then get to window and they were out of the bread for my ham and Swiss. I agreed to a panini instead I got home and my sandwich did NOT have and ham! I spent almost $15 on my order and I am not happy. Every time I go to this location they are slow and out of some sort of sandwich bread. Drinks were good.
Tim Hortons - consistently poor customer service
on Friday December 20th, I called the store at 8am to order a box of coffee and donuts (1doz) for a meeting at 9am. I was told that it would be at least an hour to get the coffee. When I asked why I was told they are busy in the morning and didn't want to set time or coffee aside for my order. I had called a couple of months ago to order a box and when I got to the store the person that took the call never bothered to let anyone know so I was late to my meeting waiting on the coffee. Every time I go throught the drive thru at that store there is a 3-5 minute wait and the inside is worse. What if I showed up with people and we ordered 12 cups of coffee? Would we have been rudely told it would be an hour wait like I was on Friday? I tried to call the store today to get a number of someone I could talk to about this and no one answered the phone and when I've tried to call ahead several times preevious getting the phone answered is a miracle! The customer service in this store is terrible! There is 1-2 decent employees in there and the rest are rude and really dn't care how long they take to wait on you or that you're in a drive thru because it's supposed to be quick! After several poor experiences I had to finally say something! Thank you
