CVS - Customer service

Have used the same CVS for many years and have noticed a severe lowering in customer service, surly pharmacy techs and just a general don't give a darn attitude.

Last week I went to pick up a 4 part prescription. Showed up at about 1:45pm. The window at the drive up was blocked with what looked like a big piece of drywall. I waited about 5 minutes while cars pulled in behind me. I looked for any closed signs or such and none are seen. Finally I looked up the number and finally got the pharmacy line and a recording tells me they are at lunch every day from 1:30 until 2:00pm. I left with people behind me in line who apparently also didn't know and would not know they were at lunch behind a big white chunk of something blocking the window.

A day or two later I got a phone call from a pharmacy tech who tells me if I don't pick up my RX it would be returned. I said I tried to pick it up but the window was blocked. She said oh, yea we're at lunch. I asked why they don't put a sign up telling people. She said they weren't allowed because it didn't look good. But clearly a big chunk of white material blocking the window is fine.

Today I went to pick up my RX away from their lunch time and was told 3 of them were ready but they didn't fill my 4th. Why not? We can't get it and have ordered but none has come in. Never a mention to me that probably my most important RX was not there. The tech told me to call around other pharmacies and maybe they have it. This is how CVS treats at least a 20 year customer? I told her I had been thinking about firing CVS and her answer was to flip her hand and say Okay, just let us know where to send your prescriptions. She didn't give a darn and I just got off the line with a different pharmacy chain who actually answered the phone and my questions and is handling the transfer to their system. I am done with CVS, don't need their lack of attention, their 20 foot receipts and their snarky, uncaring employees.

Desired outcome: Warn others about CVS. I doubt the chain cares
