On October 1, 2021 I took my vehicle to Firestone located in Elyria, Ohio. I reported a problem with the vehicle and as of today date no one has contact me regarding the vehicle. I was told to speak with one of your representative Gilbert, his phone number is [protected]. I have left several messages with him and I have not heard anything.
I have contact Firestone directly and they have left him message and again no one has call me back.
I understand with the season is upon us. However I need my vehicle. The vehicle is park at Sunnyside Mitsuebshe in Middleburg Height. This is the location that I was inform to take my vehicle to by your representative Elyria Firestone.
I would appreciate it someone would contact me as to the status of my vehicle. Again I need my vehicle and need to know what is your organization going to do to help me resolve this issue.
