Tim Hortons - manager and employees

I walk the manager had an employ doing her hair in lobby with a curling iron..
Employee Nicolas is very rude raised his voice at me and ill never go back there again very rude employees at this store and manager dont care as well rachael
Food was cold and not even cooked all the way ..They was all using bad language as well [censored] this and that.. My order is wrong every single day hair is always in the food and other employees sits on the counters i wish yall could look at the cameras for the last month...
