I've been going to CVS same location for 25 years. The store and customer service has gone down drastically.
Lately, the store has been a mess, customer service is below par, untrained staff and self checkout is undesirable. I watched several customers stand in line waiting for assistance before they even noticed the self checkout machines. What has happened to the human touch? It use to be nice entering the store and being greeted by your name.
Photo machines don't work. Staff aren't trained to assist customers.
Due to the lack of attention at this location I am considering moving my family's prescriptions. I worry that the messiness spills over to the pharmacy department.
The pharmacy has its own issues. They can't seem to get my automated prescriptions done correctly. Every few months I have to call them to get something corrected. This has been going on for years.
Do Better! Don't follow the trend. Keep that personal touch.
Desired outcome: Better training, invest in location and your staff.
