3/21023 my car was dropped off to get a new tire and to rotate the tires. Picked out up on 3/22 and the new tire was on, but no rotation. Made an appointment for that Saturday 3/24 and they did NOT have my husband's appointment listed. So he had to make yet another appointment for a rotation.
My husband scheduled an appointment for 4/27 on Brice Rd, Columbus, OH, to get FOUR BRAND NEW TIRES. He always schedules the appt online. He gets there and they didn't have the tires. An appointment was then scheduled for him on Broad St, Columbus, OH and they said they had no appointment for him, but, they kept his car. He was CHARGED at 10am for FOUR BRAND NEW TIRES, and at 2:30 we called to say we were on our way to pick it up. NOPE, NOT READY YET! They arre jist workon on it since a 10am drop off, for which he was told he had no appointment but it was made yeaterd at the other location for whih he had an appo but they didnt have the product. So my husband has a Firestone credit card. He is not being treated like a loyal customer. Your staff is incompetent and we are inconvenienced.
Get your stuff together! I am in the process of convincing my husband to CLOSE your credit card altogether.

Desired outcome: a discount, better trained staff, a manager and a number on staff at all times who can address basic issues, because your staff have no clue what their doing. And I want Firestone to start living up to their reputation
