CVS

I have spent more time recently at the drive thru for these 2 stores. I pick up prescriptions for both my parents and I must say the last 6 months I have noticed that there is always a delay in getting prescriptions filled to do pharmacy being backed up. Can someone really look into this? The one pharmacist at the Richmond Heights, Ohio store told me he was backed up 1 days worth of medications. This is unacceptable to patients who need their medications. I am afraid to say that if this problem doesn't correct patients are forced to take their prescriptions elsewhere. I certainly will.
