This location has really changed once they brought new pharmacist in, I have proof that every time I try & get anything filled, they i believe purposely leave certain scripts in process mode, not only do they not fill my prescriptions, which I've purposely called numerous times with no answer EVER) there is a female pharmacist that absolutely won't speak on the phone ( she just so happens to be in the bathroom) nor will she come to the counter, the drive through is a joke, I waited previously in the drive through last Saturday for over an hour to say sorry I can't help you, we're closed! Trust me I'd much rather have a different pharmacy but my insurance has me on a trial so I'm not allowed to change, I'm disgusted that one of my meds that I must take has been put on the back burner for over a week and I'm trying to get them to answer ( the last pharmacist told me they know who's calling ) before sitting for who knows how long! I'm not gonna go wait in a line for hours, ive got everything I need in evidence, if something goes wrong then it's on CVS!
