Pizza Hut

I ordered a large 3 topping large Pan Pizza on Saturday early afternoon 1/8/22 for pick up as I have done many times before. When I arrived at the Canal Winchester, Ohio store on Gender Road the door was locked and the lights were out. I called back to the call center and they passed me on to another department. I waited 10 minutes on hold in my car and then drove home still on hold. I was on hold for a 1/2 hour before I hung up. It is a 20 mile round trip from my home to the store. I called the store this afternoon 1/10/22 and a nice girl apologized and said the store did not open on Saturday until 4pm. The call center was not notified. I wound like compensation for my 20 mile round trip and the hour I spent in travel time. My cell is [protected] and my e-mail is [protected]@earthlink.net.
